MAXi S set

Compact steam heat transfer plant

The Maxi S set steam heat exchanger plant is designed for central heat supply systems where the primary medium is steam.
It is suitable for use and installation in new buildings and when renovating existing systems.

Sophisticated functionality

Our company has been on the hot water and heating market since 1923.
The Maxi S set system applies our many years of experience as a guarantee of safe and reliable operation of a heat exchanger plant.

All the equipment components are technically calculated and designed as a functional whole. The equipment is assembled in the manufacturing plant; only the inlet and outlet flanges are connected during on-site installation. The heat exchangers are connected in series in the plant, which makes it possible to first transform steam into heating water at lower temperature and pressure parameters, and then produce central heating circuit water and hot water from it by mixing.

A heat exchanger for hot water pre-warming can be attached to the hot water heat exchanger if there is a requirement for maximum cooling of condensate and increased efficiency of the heat exchanger plant.

Advantages of Maxi S set for users:

efficient cooling of heating medium in steam exchanger, condensate cooling in plate heat exchanger for hot water pre-warming
minimum risk of calcium deposit formation on heat-exchanging surface of hot water exchanger thanks to serial arrangement of exchangers
coverage of peak demand using hot water storage tank
reduced risk of Legionella bacterial growth due to even and constant warming of tank contents
high level of economy with minimal heat losses thanks to compact plant design with short piping sections and good heat exchanger insulation
use of components with long service life
well-arranged layout of components for easy plant control
easy to locate and install in buildings thanks to small dimensions
